Financial Hardship Assistance
Everyone Deserves a Fresh Pair.
A new pair of shoes can be the first step toward confidence, comfort, and renewed dignity. For families and individuals facing hardship, we help make that step possible.
Who Qualifies
We walk with children and adults who are:
- Living in poverty or facing housing instability
- Students in Title 1 schools
- Residents of shelters or low-income housing
- Referred by a nonprofit, case manager, or school-based liaison

Who We Help
We serve individuals and families of all ages who are experiencing financial hardship or are at risk of housing instability. From children in Title 1 schools to adults living in low-income housing or shelters, our goal is to meet people where they are—with compassion and a fresh pair of shoes.
How It Works
Shoes are distributed through invitation-only events hosted at:
- Title 1 schools
- Shelters
- Nonprofit organizations
- Family resource centers
- Other trusted community partners
“Contributions to Wholly Kicks do much more than provide footwear. The shoes speak volumes to those whom we serve—they walk away with their heads up and hope written in their hearts.”
